Hi! I'm Cristey, a Certified Personal Trainer, Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Coach, and a Licensed Clinical Therapist who specializes in disordered eating and body image. My passion is people: To know, to love, to inspire, and to empower others to step into their most authentic selves.

As both a therapist and fitness professional, I occupy a unique space in the wellness world. I understand that resistance to exercise isn't about laziness, inconsistency isn't about lack of willpower, and the struggle to create a sustainable routine isn't about motivation. I help clients build an exercise routine that feels empowering, joyful, and one they can continue for the rest of their life. 

In the therapy space, I work with clients struggling with disordered eating, chronic dieting, over-exercising, and body image. Coaching will focus on addressing deeply rooted beliefs about food and diet culture, and explore ways to fuel your body for movement without restriction.
