Hi! I'm Cristey, a Certified Personal Trainer, Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Coach, and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My passion is people: To know, to love, to inspire, and to empower others to step into their most authentic selves.
As both a therapist and fitness professional, I occupy a unique space in the wellness world. I understand that your resistance to exercise isn't about laziness, your inconsistency isn't about lack of willpower, and your struggle with routines isn't about motivation.
